NCPAG accepts real property donations (“gifts” as regarded by the IRS). We will accept properties that’s either owned free and clear, or with existing tax burdens, mortgages, and other encumbrances. Your invaluable gift fortifies our efforts to provide affordable housing for families and communities across North Carolina.

When NCPAG accepts real property as a donation; we do so with the intent to have the property restored/remodeled to meet local and municipal compliance codes. The property may then be liquidated or re-purposed to help those who can truly benefit from the generosity of our community outreach and development initiatives.

The process is as simple as signing a quit claim deed over to “NC Property Assistance Group, LLC.” at a local attorneys office (or title company). The attorney/title company will handle all the legally required paper work; NCPAG will pay all legal fees, transfer fees, recording fees and appraisal costs. There is no lengthy sales negotiations, no commissions, no hassle!

Please Note: NC Property Assistance Group, LLC. is considered a “for-profit” entity; and therefore cannot guarantee tax benefits (i.e. deductions, write-offs) for your donation(s). Please consult your accountant for any tax related questions.
